You can delete your Healthovia account and cloud backup at any time. Healthovia works without an account, so you only have an account if you signed in to use the optional cloud backup.
Delete in the app
- Open Healthovia.
- Go to Settings → Cloud backup.
- Tap Delete account & cloud backup and confirm.
Your account and encrypted backup are deleted immediately.

No longer have the app? Email us from the address you signed in with and we'll delete your account and backup within 30 days.

- Your Healthovia account (sign-in email, name and user ID in Firebase Authentication).
- Your end-to-end encrypted cloud backup.
What is kept
- Purchase records required by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for tax and accounting, which contain no health data.
- Anonymous crash and analytics data, which is not linked to your account and expires automatically (analytics after 14 months).
Data on your phone
Your readings are stored on your phone, not on our servers. To remove them, go to Settings → Delete all data or uninstall the app.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel Premium in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
